Well I'll be ABNA'd...

The Fates are smiling upon me once more as my pitch got me through to the next round.

Now I get the Vine reviews for this reworked opus of mine.

Okay, maybe it's not my opus, but it feels like it nowadays.

Fingers crossed that if I also get to the PW round there will be NO mention of Harry Potter comparisons.

Of course, plenty of other things have come out in the last four years to compare my MS too.

I can only hope that the character work stands out.

If nothing else, this gives me further confidence in my pitch/query/synopsis skills, which are going to come in handy as soon as I kick into overdrive on the next step of my to-get-my-book-published plan.
